Established in April 2007, Conway and Laker, Town and Village Properties, is a local family run independent Estate Agent covering the Wiltshire, Gloucestershire and Oxfordshire borders.  Our main focus is providing an excellent service, as in our experience this is the key to success.

With over 15 years of experience, we have developed an extensive knowledge of the local property market enabling us to offer a wide-ranging service that is both friendly and professional as befits our reputation. We are committed to providing our customers (whether property sellers, buyers, developers etc) with individual high quality advice based on our wealth of experience. Professionalism is of utmost importance to us here at Conway and Laker and we are members of both the Ombudsman for Estate Agents and The Office of Fair Trading.

At Conway and Laker we understand that it is important to market a manageable number of properties to ensure we maintain our high service levels.  We adhere to a service charter and contact our clients on a regular basis to update them on the market in general and activity on their property.  We are approachable and our clients always receive a warm friendly welcome, you are definitely not a number to us!

Being independent allows us to make decisions quickly and gives us flexibility to work with you and meet individual needs including offering evening and weekend appointments and being contactable 7 days a week.  It also allows us to act upon feedback from our clients.

Getting involved….

At Conway and Laker we work with our clients to get their input on the marketing of their properties including choosing the layout of the property brochure, discussing the best photographs to use and agreeing the descriptions.  This input allows us to gain the confidence from our clients, ensuring they are happy with the finished article and helps us to build our business relationship.
